IPTE FOR THE GERMAN MARKET

The electronics concern IPTE in Genk wants to benefit from the growth in Germany’s electronics sector. The company wants to do this by taking over a number of companies. As a result of growth in profits, IPTE has stated that it has enough funds to go for growth via acquisition. IPTE is a sub-contractor for the technology industries and a producer of complete production and test lines for the electronic industry. They supply the automotive industry and telecom. In the second quarter of this year they doubled their revenues to EUR 66.3m and their profits went up 10% to EUR 2.8m.
