LAMPIRIS ENERGY TO FLANDERS

The green energy supplier Lampiris is going to supply gas to Flanders. The company has asked the Flemish Regulatory Authority for the Electricity and Gas Market (VREG) for a license. Lampiris will open a Lampiris location in Flanders and it wants to be bigger there than it is in the Walloon country and Brussels. At the end of this year it wants to have 100,000 customers in its portfolio. Currently it’s supplying gas or electricity to 75,000 customers. In addition to residential customers and SMEs, the company has a strong presence in the municipality and provincial government markets. It’s been active in the Belgian market for four years and has its head office in Liège.
