600 HOUSING UNITS FOR BAVIERE

The HIMMOS real estate company from Antwerp has applied for a permit to build on the former Bavière Hospital site in Outremeuse in Liège. The first application is for the construction of one building of six which are planned and which will incorporate 600 housing units, the first phase involves 200. If the applications pass the various administrative barriers, construction can begin in 2008. The total site will have an interesting skyline, it is claimed.
