BIESMANS TAKE-OVER

The roofing company Herremans & Lippens from Malle is being taken over by Biesmans from Genk. This makes it possible for Biesmans to expand its activities and to set up a second distribution center. The transaction also includes the distribution of Firestone’s roofing foils. Herremans & Lippens is active in the renovation of roofs and has a distribution section. The company employs 50 and last year achieved revenues of EUR 7m.
