PATENT CONSULTING DAY

Creative ideas are often not used because their inventors forget to patent them. Without intellectual property rights, a patent or a utility design model, commercial deployment of an invention is often very difficult. This means that the inventor does not earn any money. So patenting is essential.

Every eight to ten weeks the AGIT mbH will organize a Patent Consulting day and inventors will have the opportunity to receive professional advice in the whole field of patents: making a patent enquiry, legal advice from a patent agent, utilization advice in the case of licensing or selling, and general advice.
