ROMANS IN THE HESBAYE

A new Dutch language guide to Roman remains in Hesbaye has been produced by Herman Clerinx. The book is a complete guide to the area with extensive historical information and lively anecdotes. From Saturday, June 2 through Sunday, September 30, there will be a cultural “seek without hiding” game called ‘Tongres in the Hesbaye’, which is designed to reveal the treasures of this area. More than EUR 30,000 in prizes is available for this ‘Look for the Roman Remains’ program as it were.
