MONDEO EXCITES INTEREST

Ford’s new Mondeo model, being produced at Genk, will be in the showrooms in June. Ford Genk says that 800 have already been sold. This announcement was made at the official presentation with tests of the new Mondeo on the island of Sardinia. In June, the five-door version will come onto the market as will the station wagon and, in the Fall, the four-door version will appear. According to a spokesman at Ford Genk, the sales of the S-MAX are 50% above expectations and this will mean extra production activity at Genk.
