AMB GROUP MANAGEMENT

AMB Generali will have a new Group Management. The current Chief Executive Dr. Walter Thießen will retire from his office by mutual agreement with effect from June 30, 2007. Dr Thießen has been with the group for 22 years and headed it since March 2002.

Pursuant to a decision of the Supervisory Board, Dietmar Meister, currently the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, will become the Spokesman of the Board of Management with effect from July 1, 2007. In addition, Dott. Lorenzo Kravina, currently General Representative of the Group, has been appointed a member of the Board of Management.
