CHANGE AT BELCOMPANY NL

Mr G.H. Ellens (48) has indicated that he will retire as managing Director of BelCompany BV (Netherlands) on July 1, 2007. The Managing Board of Macintosh Retail Group granted this request.

Mr Ellens is Managing Director of BelCompany Netherlands since June 1, 2006 and before he was Managing Director of the Piet Klerkx Group, a former subsidiary of Macintosh Retail Group.

The Managing Board of Macintosh Retail Group expresses its appreciation to Mr Ellens for his contribution to the positioning of BelCompany as a company that with its 160 shops is perfectly equipped to continue to be successful in a changing telecom market.
