Richard Ekkebus, the chef at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong, is inviting his former masters to come and cook with him at his Hong Kong base. Among those invited to cook is Hans Snijders of the Château Neercanne restaurant in Maastricht.
