HOTEL BEDFORD GOES IRISH

Liège’s Hotel Bedford (4 stars and 149 rooms), downtown on the banks of the Meuse, has been acquired for around EUR 12m by the PREM Group, an Irish-based hotel and office management group. This was part of a EUR 32m acquisition by the company in Belgium, which included the 213-room Corinthian Hotel in Antwerp and followed two earlier acquisitions (EUR 16m) in Antwerp last year. They are scheduled to invest a further EUR 50m in Belgium this year.
