A-GRADE FRUIT AND VEG

A group of agriculturalists are determined to establish an ‘A’ grade for fruit and vegetables that will form a guarantee for the quality of fruit and vegetables. This is one of the issues to have emerged at the Innovation Café on Fresh Food from the Agrofood Community.

Innovation Cafes are organized by the Agrofood Community, which is a network organization coming from government, intermediary organizations and educational research but primarily from business in the Southeast Netherlands. The Community wants to be a source of inspiration for everybody in the Southeast Netherlands who is concerned with the provision of food or active in the agricultural sector. In this way, businesses will be able to use the synergy of innovation to move forward.
