GOLDEN ASPARAGUS

On Thursday, April 5 The Netherlands’ first branded asparagus were planted. The asparagus known as Lim d’Or® was planted by Ger Koopmans, a member of the Dutch parliament. Lim d’Or® is the first Dutch asparagus brand. It will be available in a few distinguished restaurants from 2008. Lim d’Or® is an initiative of the Asparagus Center BV. Check the website.
