BELTUG EXPANDS POSITION

Beltug, the Belgian telecom users group, wants to expand its position into that of an organization focusing on communication, technologies and services. This was announced by the trade magazine Datanews. According to the president Danielle Jacobs, nowadays scarcely one in the five members of the association is a true telecom executive, the others are generally IT managers. Beltug, which recently celebrated its tenth anniversary, wants an interest group to pay attention to GSM roaming, VoIP numbers and fixed mobile rates.
