WELLNESS IN ZWARTBERG

The Different Hotels group is considering a site at the Zwartberg Zoo for the construction of a major wellness and sauna complex. Different Hotels in Limburg already owns three hotels and has another two projects ongoing. It is hoped that the Zwartberg plans will become concrete in August. The land concerned has belonged to the City of Genk since 1999. Different Hotels has received an option for a six-month period, after which a concrete feasibility study with design and environmental analysis has to be produced. The Limburg development company LRM has a 40% stake in Different Hotels.
