Techspace Aero is investing in cogeneration. This system is one of the most important in the Walloon Country in the industrial technology area which produces heat and electricity at the same time and allows savings of between 15-20% in energy. It was inaugurated by the minister André Antoine. It once again marks Techspace Aero out as a leading player. It has already been certified ISO 14001 since 2002. Techspace Aero has a highly developed system of environmental management.

Techspace has decided to stick to to the Kyoto targets and is reducing its CO2 emissions by 12.8% between 1999 and 2010. The co-generation system will contribute 7%.
