LE TRAITEUR AT BATTICE

Le Traiteur ‘Les Cours’, well known in the Liège region, has just opened a new business in Battice. Nathalie and Joël Rademaker are opening a large 1,800m2 building where they have products from Upignac, the bakers and patisserie Darcis, local products and table accessories on display, with a 10m long counter. There is also an area where one can taste the products. They can, in fact, cater for 40 people on the premises for luxury snacks, various dishes, sandwiches, salads, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or tea. Their cellar is also excellent and is temperature controlled. They pay attention to the level of CO2 emissions and they make a distinction between clean and other areas that make use of badges for admission.
