GETRONICS CALL CENTER EXPANDS

IT specialist Getronics Pinkroccade is expanding their call center at the business park at Maastricht-Aachen Airport by 80 new jobs. This brings the number of those employed to around 200. Since the opening of the call center last summer approximately 35,000 telephone calls have been processed by the 125 people who are currently working there. In order to handle the increase, Getronics now needs an additional 80 people. The reason for the expansion is the expected growth in the number of clients, the multilingual aspect of the Limburg area and the demand for staff in the IT sector, which can be handled more easily in Limburg.
