MONDEO ON THE PRODUCTION LINE

Production has started on the five-door Mondeo vehicle at Genk. There was a delay of 14 days for quality control but the production schedule requires 860 vehicles to be produced daily. If the S-MAX and the Galaxy are included, this means a daily production of 11,070 vehicles at Ford Genk. This will eventually go up to 12,000, and Ford Genk wants to produce 266,400 cars annually.
