2 FOR ABX DISTRIBUTION

There are two candidates for the takeover of ABX Distribution Belgium: Dutch TNT and the British GLS (Royal Mail). In an agreement with the European Commission NMBS, the owner of the Road Domestic of ABX has to sell before December 7. GLS and TNT are already active in Belgium, but in post and express deliveries, ABX Distribution Belgium is more specialized in bulk. It employs 700 and produces revenues of EUR 90m.
