INDUSTRI KAPITAL IN MAGOTTEAUX

Industri Kapital, a European private equity firm with Nordic roots, managing close to €4 billion in fund commitments is interested in participating in the Walloon industrial group Magotteaux with expertise in Grinding, Process and Wear Mechanisms

Industri Kapital is well known as the former owner of the fish company Pieters and is also a stakeholder in the construction materials group Consolis. Other candidates of Magotteaux are Ackermans & van Haaren (AvH), Cobepa and the National Portfolio Company, Group Frère. The Regional Investment Company for Flanders and Fortis Private Equity are also interested. Magotteaux is looking for a partner to help finance the expansion of the group.
