LRM INVESTS IN ZAPPWARE

The Limburg (B) investment company LRM has invested EUR 750,000 in Zappware, a one-stop solution provider for interactive digital television. Zappware provides custom and readymade IDTV content in the form of applications for set-top boxes, programs, channels, advertisers and service providers, and a series of content management tools to help create and manage IDTV applications in-house. In addition to the EUR 750,000, the LRM is providing a further EUR 750,000 in the form of a subordinated loan. As a result of this investment, the board of Zappware is to be strengthened with the presence of Jean-Paul De Wachter, founder of ASQ, and Pieter Vandekerckhove, chairman of the board of Zappware.
