BORN WAKES UP

The Public Logistics Center (PLC) in Born on the Holtum North business park is on the move. Goods from this inland port travel not only on the inland waterways but all over the world, to China, the US and India. The secret behind this is the enormous amount of warehousing space, which allows PLC to provide a base and service center for activities in Europe.

The Limburg development company LIOF in Maastricht has noted that increasing numbers of foreign companies are setting up shop in Limburg, and they see PLC at Born as an ideal logistical hub. In future 1,000 jobs will be created at the site.
