Dutch investor the Maastricht Vitruvius Group is planning to develop the Villa Bellmerin in Eupen into a wellness center with five apartment units on the 7,000m2 site in this German-speaking area of Belgium. The Maastricht group ‘Architecten aan de Maas, who have considerable experience in the wellness and hospital area are designing the project. In addition to the five apartment units with a surface area of 150m2 each, the basement will have wellness facilities. In the garden there will be six city housing units with a surface area of 250m2.
