WALLOON LOGISTICS IN ENGLAND

In June a delegation from the Walloon Foreign Trade and Investment Agency (AWEX) went to England and surprised their listeners with the advantages provided on the Walloon logistical trajectory, with reductions of tax levels from between 25-65% and with flexible employment facilities for blue-collar workers. It was pointed out that the road to the new Europe from the UK was through Belgium with 60% of the European market accessible by road in less than one day’s travel.
