EU OK ON FRANS MAAS

DSV, the Offeror and Frans Maas announce that the European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of Frans Maas by DSV. Clearance from the European Commission is one of the conditions precedent to the acquisition. The acquisition is effected by means of a recommended public offer of which the acceptance period has begun today [February 27] and expires at 15:00 hours, Amsterdam time, on 21 March 2006, unless extended.
This announcement is made pursuant to Section 9b paragraph 1 of the Dutch Securities Market Supervision
Decree 1995 (Besluit toezicht effectenverkeer 1995).
