STAR INFORMATIC has announced a new partnership in Russia with T-Project, a Saint Petersburg based IT company. This new partnership is already very successful and STAR INFORMATIC has announced three new customers in Russia, the "State Institution "Object ¹ 58" of Leningrad regional Government” which acquired STAR software products, the "Main office of civil defence and crises of Leningrad region" and the MO "Vsevolozhskiy rayon" who ordered mobilestar for PDA
