REDEVELOPMENT IN VERVIERS

Major squares in six districts of Verviers are to be upgraded, including the Place du Marché in front of the City Hall. Refurbishment and upgrades will take place in Petit-Rechain, Heusy, and Ensival, and new ‘green facilities’ will be added to the city’s image. The total cost will be around EUR 2m and half of this will come from the Walloon region.
