NMC ACQUISITION IN FINLAND

NMC sa, an international leader in the development, production and marketing of synthetic foam materials with its headquarters in Eynatten, Belgium, has acquired two Finnish subsidiaries, Fagerdala Tuotanto Oy and Fagerdala Termonova Oy retroactively as from January 1, from Fagerdala World Foams AB, Sweden.
