FN HERSTAL HALTS WINCHESTER

The Walloon arms factory FN in Herstal is closing its American subsidiary in Newhaven, Connecticut. They have been building classic Winchester rifles there for 140 years. This was the weapon known as ‘the rifle that won the West’. FN is stopping with the old weapons but it will retain the brand.
