Eurocell Building Plastics, a British subsidiary of Tessenderlo that distributes PVC profiles, is taking over six distribution centers in Southwest England from Brunel Plastics. This is a distributor of PVC profiles for the construction industry. Following the takeover the distribution network of Tessenderlo in the UK will include 70 distribution centers. No figures have been mentioned and no revenue figures have been mentioned for Eurocell.
