AACHENMÜNCHENER: TÜV QUALITY

The German technical inspection agency TÜV Rhineland has granted its quality mark for customer communication – "Phone, letter, e-mail – certified quality" to the AachenMünchener for its high quality in customer communication. AachenMünchener is thus one of the rare insurance companies with certified quality in dealing with customers by phone, letter and e-mail.

The quality mark is valid for the next three years. During that period, the TÜV inspection agency will check AachenMünchener annually.
