BIG SAUSAGE

The specialist pork butchers of ‘L'Etal d'Or’ have succeeded in producing the biggest sausage, or ‘boudin de Liège’ [a white pudding] in the world. It is 570m long and it is being sold at the Christmas Village for the benefit of the ‘Mistral’ non-profit organization, which devotes itself to the care of children suffering from autism.
