Stienstra Investments have been voted the best landlord for the 5th year in succession. In 2005, the “Nederlandse Woonbond” the Dutch Housing Association organized the vote for the 9th time. Fourteen tenants’ organizations and 6 individual tenants voted for Stienstra. Although aveage rental increases were over 2.5% and above the national average. Only one tenants’ association was disatisfied and they had the lowest increase (1.8 %).
