INDUSTRIAL PARK SALE IN LONTZEN

The municipal council of Lontzen has agreed to the planned sale of the industrial park in Herbesthal to the investment company of SPI+, the province of Liège’s development company, for a price of EUR 3.5m. The municipality purchased the area in 1999 and it had initially thought of developing a business park itself.
