MONEY FOR TRIANEL’S CCGT PLANT
[BIZ: Aachen, November 14] Trianel and the bank were advised on the deal by GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten [Law firm], Frankfurt; Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt; Marsh GmbH, Düsseldorf; Allen & Overy LLP, Frankfurt; Electrowatt Ekono GmbH, Hamburg; and Willis GmbH & Co. KG, Frankfurt and Deloitte & Touche GmbH, Düsseldorf.
Trianel, the Meuse-Rhine-based energy-trading group, has completed its financing agreement for the CCGT power plant at Hamm-Uentrop. 80% of the finance, EUR 359m, has come from the WestLB AG from Düsseldorf. The 28 partners in the Trianel consortium have provided the remaining 20%.
