NAEBERS AT AVANTIS

The Dutch company Naebers Electro-Techniek from Heerlen is going to move to Avantis, the cross-border science and business park between Heerlen and Aachen. The company maintains and repairs electric motors for the petro-chemical industry, the water business and breweries. The contract for the sale of a 3,500 m2 lot has been signed. Construction will start in May 2006 and the company expects to be operational at Avantis in spring 2007. It will do business both as a Dutch BV and a German GmbH. “This gives us more scope,” said the company owner Marcel Naeber.
