EUR 25M JULIANUS PROJECT

A start has been made on a EUR 25m shopping complex called ‘Julianus’ in the old St. Jacobus hospital. There is to be an inner courtyard, apartments, and a hotel with 60 rooms. On the second level there will be parking for 185 cars, a smaller parking lot for 70 cars, and a supermarket. The total complex will cover 37,000m2. The shopping center is scheduled to open at Christmas 2007.
