GRUENENTHAL IN ECUADOR

The Aachen-based pharmaceuticals multi-national Gruenenthal has set up a new production facility in Ecuador’s capital Quito, representing an investment of USD 7.5m. Ecuador is going to be developed into the hub of the company’s Latin American business, said Gruenenthal partner Michael Wirtz. The company employs 300 in Quito and 4,800 worldwide.
