NEW LIEGE LAW COURTS

The foundation stone has been laid for the extension to the Liège law courts. The project, which represents an investment of EUR 59m, is scheduled for completion in Place St. Lambert in the summer of 2010. There will be provision for 344 parking spaces and the total area of the project will cover 40,000 m2. The architect is Claude Strebelle. It will provide five years work for 630. The project has, however, not been greeted will universal approval on environmental grounds.
