DEPARTMENT STORE IN EUPEN

An investor is looking for a 800 m² business location in the lower town in Eupen to build a department store. This could be the size of a Delhaize store. The City has no property of its own that it can place at Investor’s disposal, but contacts are ongoing with private individuals.

The need for parking limits the options. The area at the foot of the Malmedyer Strasse and the entrance to the Eschergasse is currently under discussion. The store would be welcomed by the city.
