DTZ TO SELL LA MEUSE

Liege real estate specialist DTZ has been appointed exclusive agents for the sale and/or rental of the 8,000 m² plus building at 8 Boulevard de la Sauvernière in Liege, the old “La Meuse” newspaper building owned by “Sud Presse”.
The company estimates that a complete upgrading/renovation of the building would represent an investment of EUR 4.5m. It has been unoccupied since 2001 and is located just across from the Royal Walloon Opera.
