BELOVO EGG PLANT GOES CHINESE

Belovo is going to dismantle its plant in Bastogne and take the whole thing to China, where it will be reassembled to produce egg powder. Belovo S.A. has acquired a solid international reputation in Egg Science & Technology, over a period of 30 years, for its range of highly functional and healthy egg powders (egg albumen powder, whole egg powder and egg yolk powder), its portfolio of fine egg chemicals (Lysozyme, Avidin, Ovotransferrin, Phospholipids) and its successful transfer of technology to international partners. In Bastogne itself, they will be building a new plant for the same company at an ultramodern site with a high-degree added value. It will not effect employment in Belgium. It is appointed to the future, where China is on the front page every day.
